Delivery location

Due to the nature of the consignments, the courier's drivers are not insured to carry goods through your property. The standard delivery location is the border of your property or the entrance of a communal space. If other arrangements need to be made, please get in touch with us as soon as the order is placed.
Vouchers and small boxes can be posted through the letterbox, provided there is unrestricted access to it.

GENERAL CARE

Palm trees are one of the most popular choices for indoor plants to grow. They provide the majestic beauty of a tropical garden and the ease of care. The less mature palms can be used as a desk plant for a small office and even in bathrooms of some homes.

An inevitable problem encountered by growing palms indoors is the amount of dust that builds up on the leaves over time.

WATERING

The soil in the pots should be kept moist and never be allowed to dry out. During the summer months you will be watering as much as twice per week to maintain moisture levels, whereas in winter you should water sparingly.

A real beauty and larger than expected. Arrived well packaged, however some of the lower leaves had become damaged in transit but are healing up well. 3 new leaves have emerged already from their chrysalis like stem. Strong dark green leaves with a nice burgundy on the underside of each leaf. The contrast of green and red is truly remarkable, I can't help but stare at my ficus elastica.
