Agave victoriae-reginae
Queen Victoria Agave
£70.95
Agave victoriae-reginae is a compact agave growing into a densely-crowded rosette of short, thick, rigid, incurved, triangular-section leaves, their toothless margins edged in white and tipped in black. There is also silvery white bud-printing on the leaves which, together with the play of light and shadow, gives the whole plant an alluring pattern.
It can tolerate a few degrees of frost when kept dry so can be tried outdoors in the mildest locations, but its compact size make it ideal for pot culture. Bring undercover during the coldest nights, or keep in a sunny conservatory.
