Viburnum is a genus of approximately 180 species spread mostly through the temperate regions of the Northern Hemisphere. Viburnum tinus is an evergreen large shrub or small tree which provides a wonderful, evergreen backdrop or hedge. During winter pink-reddish buds open to reveal fragrant white flowers which later turn into decorative dark blue-black drupes.
