Finding what you want to buy
All retail prices include VAT at the current rate.
If you already know what you want to buy, the easiest way to find it is to type its name in any of the search boxes around the website.
We have categorized our stock to make it easier to browse the site. Clicking on the plant images or titles will display the detail page where you can find a detailed description along with care requirenents. By clicking More Info you will be able to view further images where available.
Shopping Basket
The Shopping Basket is where you store items you intend to buy. You can always delete items from the Shopping Basket or save them for later if you change your mind. When you find what you want (or what you might want) click the "Add to Shopping Basket" button on the item's product information page.
- The total shown includes delivery and VAT but may vary due to 'Quotation to follow' option (see next).
- If delivery reads "Quotation to follow", we need to assess the most suitable delivery method for your order and obtain a quote. You will be contacted with a total cost prior to any payment being taken.
- Payments can be made with debit/credit cards (excluding American Express) via the website or by phone.
- Telephone orders can include payment by cheque but this will have to clear prior to despatch.
- Payments are taken manually once the order is ready for despatch.
Signing In
You should sign in before completing your order. If you have not done so you can do so at the top of each page. New customers will have to Register before being able to Login. Registering means you will not have to enter your details each time you visit the site.
