The Palm Centre is happy to rent out palms and other plants for weddings, corporate parties, photo shoots and other events. Here's how it works:

You are invited to visit us 2 to 3 weeks before the event to choose the plants you require. We charge 20% of the retail value of the plant/s per week or part of a week, plus vat. At the time of hire, or in advance, we ask for payment in full together with a cheque for the value of the plants, or credit card details. This will not be banked but is simply our insurance against loss of or damage to the plants. We prefer the client to collect and bring back the plants but are happy to arrange transport if required. This is charged at cost. Loss of or damage to plants must be paid for by the hirer. Many hirers subsequently buy the plants they hire, in which case the rental cost is deducted from the price.
