This Mexican agave is quite small in comparison to others in the genus, which may be a benefit in some cases. It grows only to about 20” (50cms) tall and the dark green leaves are edged with coarse curly fibres which add to its attractiveness. Grow in full sun in very well drained soil in ground or in a pot, outside or in the greenhouse or conservatory. Reliable grower, hardy and easy to propagate from the many side-rosettes it produces. MG.
