Fabulous hardy architectural plant with deep green leaves and slight variegation. Mature plants produce a tall flower spike each year with lots of creamy white, egg shaped flowers along it's length. Can reach 150cm (5ft) high with similar spread. Should be planted in full sun, and well drained soil is absolutely essential. The leaf tips are very spiky so perhaps not suitable for gardens where small children play. MS.
