Phormiums are exotic looking, clump forming, evergreen plants with erect, sword like leaves in a variety of colours. Colourful, upright flower-spikes appear annually adding to the plants' attractiveness. Can usually tollerate -5C. Grow in moist, fertile soil.
The 'Yellow Wave' has yellow and green striped leaves and can reach about 150cm (5ft). MS
