We offer a 7 day, full refund guarantee to give you peace of mind against damage in transit, bad quality stock, or incorrectly sized items.
Should you wish to return your goods for a reason other than the above, or you have simply changed your mind, we will still take the goods back and refund you in full. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. The goods must be returned safely and undamaged or a refund may not be issued.
Cancellation of order:
- Where you are a consumer, and entitled to cancel under the Consumer Protection (Distance Regulations 2000), You may cancel Your Order without giving reason, by notifying us in writing (or by email - (mail@palmcentre.co.uk) within 7 working days from the date of receipt of Goods.
- In the event that you are a Consumer and You choose to cancel your Order and return the Goods to Us in accordance with this clause, we will refund the Price, including the delivery fee, to You. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the Goods to Us.
Time limit for cancellation of order:
(It is the duty of the consumer to give written notice of cancellation or another form of durable medium including letter, fax or email. A phone call is only accepted if stated in terms and conditions.)
- If written information is given, no later than the time the goods are delivered (7 working days after the day that goods are received)
- If written information is not given before delivery but is given within 3 months after delivery (7 workind days after the written information is received)
- if written information is not given at all (3 months and 7 working days after the day that the goods are received)
We the Trader are responsible for refunding the Consumer's money if the contract is cancelled within 30 days of cancellation (even if goods are not yet returned) This includes full price (or deposit) including cost of delivery. But not additional charges for services requested by the consumer.
